PDU專業(yè)發(fā)展單元PDUs（Professional Development Units）：

　　在取得項(xiàng)目管理專業(yè)人員PMP證書后，為加強(qiáng)PMP的專業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展，鼓勵(lì)和認(rèn)可個(gè)人學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)，為獲得和記錄專業(yè)發(fā)展活動(dòng)提供一個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的目標(biāo)機(jī)制，維持PMP的國(guó)際證書信譽(yù)，所有PMP必須滿足PMI制定的專業(yè)發(fā)展計(jì)劃的要求，以保持其資格的有效性。凡修讀于PMI的注冊(cè)教育提供者（R.E.P.）的課程，均可取得PDU.

　　PMP每三年必須重新進(jìn)行認(rèn)證，重新認(rèn)證需提供

　　1. 至少60個(gè)專業(yè)發(fā)展單元；

　　2. 保證愿意遵守PMI的職業(yè)道德標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

　　一旦獲得證書，每位PMP將收到一本專業(yè)版發(fā)展計(jì)劃手冊(cè)。

　　獲得PDU有以下五種方式，下面逐一介紹，為各位PMP做參考。

　　Category 1: Academic coursework/

　　PDUs may be earned by completing an academic course after PMP certification. Courses must be offered for degree credit and be related to project management.

　　1 College semester hour equals 15 PDUs

　　2. College credit hour （quarter system） equals 10 PDUs

　　第一類：院校的項(xiàng)目管理課程

　　取得PMP認(rèn)證后，完成大學(xué)課程可以獲得PDU.前提要求是與項(xiàng)目管理相關(guān)的學(xué)位課程。

　　1. 大學(xué)的學(xué)時(shí)相當(dāng)于15個(gè)PDU

　　2. 大學(xué)的學(xué)分 （每季度） 相當(dāng)于10個(gè)PDU

　　Category 2: Self-directed Learning or Professional Activities/

　　A maximum of 15 PDUs per CCR cycle can be earned through self-directed learning. A predetermined number of PDUs may be earned by participating in 8 specified kinds of professional activities.

　　第二類：自學(xué)或者專業(yè)活動(dòng)

　　通過(guò)自學(xué)最多可以獲得15個(gè)PDU,通過(guò)參加8種規(guī)定的專業(yè)活動(dòng)可以獲得特定的PDU.

　　Category 3: PMI REP Programs

　　PDUs may be earned by attending educational programs offered by

　　educational organizations registered with PMI and designated as PMI Registered Education Providers （R.E.P.s）。

　　Examples include: Schools, consultants, corporate training departments, professional associations, government agencies, and PMI Chapters and SIGs. A database of R.E.P.s and the programs they offer is posted on the PMI website. Programs may be searched according to subject area, location, date and time.

　　第三類：注冊(cè)教育提供者提供的培訓(xùn)

　　參加PMI注冊(cè)教育提供者（包括學(xué)校、咨詢公司、公司培訓(xùn)部門、行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)或政府機(jī)構(gòu)、PMI分會(huì)、特別利益組織）提供的相關(guān)培訓(xùn)可獲得PDU.PMI網(wǎng)站公布了注冊(cè)教育提供者的名單和培訓(xùn)課程。培訓(xùn)課程可以通過(guò)主題、地點(diǎn)、日期和時(shí)間來(lái)搜索。

　　Category 4: Non REP Programs/

　　PDUs may be earned by attending relevant educational programs offered by organizations not registered with PMI like Schools, consultants, corporate training departments, professional associations, or government agencies which is not registered as PMI's REP

　　第四類：非PMI注冊(cè)教育提供者提供的教育活動(dòng)

　　參加非PMI注冊(cè)教育提供者（包括學(xué)校、咨詢公司、公司培訓(xùn)部門、行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)或政府機(jī)構(gòu)）提供的相關(guān)培訓(xùn)可獲得PDU.

　　Category 5: Professional Service/

　　20 PDUs （max） may be earned by providing non-compensated project management services to non-employer or non-client customer groups

　　第五類：義務(wù)的專業(yè)服務(wù)

　　義務(wù)向除員工或客戶以外的群體提供項(xiàng)目管理專業(yè)服務(wù)最多可獲得20個(gè)PDU.
